Everything on this site is general information about Arimala Polyclinic & Pharma and the services we offer. It is not a diagnosis, not a treatment plan, and not a substitute for being examined by a doctor. Do not act on anything you read here in place of a consultation, and do not delay seeking care because of something on this site.

Emergencies

This website cannot be used to obtain urgent help. If you have chest pain, severe breathlessness, symptoms of a stroke, heavy bleeding, a serious injury, or any condition you believe is an emergency, go to a hospital emergency department immediately or call 108.

No doctor–patient relationship online

Sending an enquiry through this website, or reading anything on it, does not create a doctor–patient relationship. That relationship begins when you are seen at the clinic.

Enquiries and appointments

The contact form composes a message in your own email application; we receive it only once you send it. We aim to respond during opening hours, but we cannot guarantee a response time and no enquiry should be treated as confirmed until we have replied. Appointment times are subject to availability and to clinical priority on the day.

Accuracy

We keep the details on this site — services, doctors, opening hours — as current as we can, but they may change. Opening hours in particular can differ on public holidays. Please call the clinic to confirm anything you are relying on.

Fees

Consultation fees and test charges are not published on this site because they change. They will be told to you before your consultation and before any sample is taken.

Links and embedded content

The contact page embeds a map from Google Maps and the site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or availability.

Intellectual property

The Arimala Polyclinic name, logo, photographs and the text of this site belong to Arimala Polyclinic & Pharma. Please do not reproduce them without our permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute arising from them falls to the courts at Mangaluru, Karnataka.
