How it works

What actually happens when you come in.

No apps, no portals, no queue numbers. Five steps, usually inside a single afternoon.

  1. Arrive

    Walk in, or call ahead

Come to the clinic on Sturrock Road any day except Sunday, between 9 am and 7:30 pm, and give your name at the desk.

If you would rather have a fixed time — and for the women’s health clinic or a fasting health check, you should — call +91 81478 27575 and we will book you in.

  2. Consult

    Meet your doctor

A consultant takes your history properly, examines you, and tells you what they think is going on in language you can repeat to your family. If they are not sure yet, they will say that too.

Bring with you: any previous prescriptions, discharge summaries or reports, and the actual strips or boxes of medicines you are currently taking. They save more time than any description.

  3. Investigate

Tests, only if you need them

Where blood work, urine testing or an ECG will change the decision, it is done here. Where it will not, we will tell you it is not needed rather than order it anyway.

You will be told what each test is for and what it costs before any sample is taken.

  4. Treat

    Collect your medicines

Your prescription is filled at Arimala Pharma in the same building, so in most cases you can collect your medicines before you leave.

The pharmacist will go through the dose, the timing, what to take it with, and what to do if you miss one.

  5. Follow up

Come back to the same doctor

Your records stay at the clinic. At review, the consultant who started your treatment is the one who reads the results and adjusts it — no repeating your history to somebody new.

For diabetes, blood pressure and thyroid conditions this is the whole point: small, informed adjustments over time are what actually move the numbers.

Before you come

Two things worth knowing

Fasting tests need an early slot

If a fasting blood sugar or lipid profile is likely — for a health check, or a first diabetes review — come in the morning without breakfast. Water is fine. Call the day before and we will hold a time.

Emergencies belong at a hospital

Chest pain, severe breathlessness, stroke symptoms, heavy bleeding or a serious injury need an emergency department, not a clinic. Go straight to a hospital or call 108. We will pick up the follow-up care afterwards.

That’s the whole process.

Open Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 7:30 pm. Walk in, or call ahead if you prefer a fixed time.
