No. You can walk in from 9 am to 7:30 pm, Monday to Saturday, or call us to book an appointment on +91 81478 27575. Each doctor has their own consulting time and some come in only when a patient books them, so for a specialist please check the timetable or call first.

Monday to Saturday, 9:00 am to 7:30 pm. We are closed on Sundays. Hours can differ on public holidays — the live status on our home page shows whether we are open right now.

Waiting time depends on how busy the clinic is that day. If you are short on time, call before you set out and we will tell you how full the clinic is.

General medicine covers fever and infection, respiratory illness, chest pain, gastric and liver complaints, thyroid disorders, anaemia, and long-term conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure. Women’s health is seen by our gynaecologists. Yes. General medicine is seen by Dr. Shuaib Ahmed, MBBS, MD (5:30–7:30 pm, Monday to Saturday); dermatology by Dr. Sayeeda Mogral (11 am–12 pm, Monday to Saturday); women’s health by Dr. Sarah Naushad (12 pm onwards, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday). Every other speciality has its own doctor with set times — the full timetable is on the doctors page. Your records stay here, so at follow-up you see the doctor who started your treatment.

Yes. Routine blood work, urine testing and ECG are done at the clinic. Reports come back to the doctor who ordered them, so the person explaining your result is the person who knows why it was ordered. If you want a full screen rather than a single test, we run three fixed health check-up packages — Basic, General and Advance — listed on the services page.

Only for some. Fasting sugar and lipid profiles need 8 to 10 hours without food — water is fine — so come in the morning. Most other tests do not need fasting. If in doubt, call and ask before you skip a meal.

Arimala Pharma is part of the same premises and keeps the same hours as the clinic. It stocks around what our doctors prescribe, so in most cases you leave with your medicines the same visit — including repeat supplies for long-term treatment.

We will tell you plainly and help arrange the referral, sharing your records with the hospital. For anything urgent — chest pain, severe breathlessness, stroke symptoms, heavy bleeding, serious injury — go directly to an emergency department or call 108 rather than coming here first.

Call the clinic and we will tell you the current consultation fee before you come in. Test charges are quoted before any sample is taken.

Outpatient visits are paid at the clinic. We will give you an itemised receipt and a prescription you can submit to your insurer if your policy covers outpatient care. Please call to check current payment options before your visit.

Yes. Ask at the desk and we will provide copies of your consultation notes, prescriptions and test reports. If you are transferring care to another doctor or hospital, tell us and we will prepare a summary.
